Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DailyTraderOS (the "Service"), provided by [Your Full Legal Name] ("we," "us," or "the Operator"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What DailyTraderOS Is
DailyTraderOS is a personal trading journal and daily planning tool. It helps you record a pre-market plan, log trade candidates, import and review your closed trades and open positions (either by connecting a supported brokerage account or by uploading a CSV file), reflect at the end of the day, and review rule-based, evidence-driven observations about your own trading history ("AI Coach").
2. Not Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice
DailyTraderOS is a record-keeping and self-reflection tool. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing in the Service - including AI Coach's observations, any score, statistic, or suggestion - is or should be treated as investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past performance data shown in the Service is historical only and is not a guarantee or prediction of future results.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Connecting a Brokerage Account
If you choose to connect a supported broker (for example, via Schwab's or Interactive Brokers' own authorization flow) or upload a broker-provided CSV file, you are authorizing DailyTraderOS to read and store the trade and account data that connection or file provides, for the purpose of building your journal, positions, and reports inside the Service. You represent that you're authorized to connect that account. We do not have the ability to place trades, move funds, or otherwise act on your brokerage account - the Service is read-only with respect to your broker.
5. Beta Service
DailyTraderOS is currently offered as an early-access, invite-only beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service may contain bugs or experience downtime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system other than your own; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use the Service to store or transmit data you don't have the right to store or transmit.
7. Your Data
You own the trading and journal data you put into the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service - including losses resulting from a trading decision made using information from the Service, a bug, an outage, or inaccurate or incomplete data pulled from a connected broker. The Service is a tool to support your own record-keeping and judgment, not a substitute for it. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, the Operator's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to use the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at sumindah@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including during the beta period, if we discontinue the Service, if your use violates these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practical.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the Service moves beyond beta. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
